David Gray
As a General Licensed Contractor, David Gray (President) started CGI Development in April of 2004. As founder and President of CGI Development, Inc. David has built this organization around his clients and their needs. Quality has always been a vital role in the development of CGI. David has a degree from Horry-Georgetown in Agriculture Science with a minor in Business Management. Since 1994, David has held management positions in numerous phases of construction projects ranging from golf course construction to building churches, office buildings, and warehouses. Throughout this time David managed to build an individual reputation with many clients for producing superior products and meeting sensitive timelines. In April 2004, CGI Development, Inc. evolved from a long time dream to reality. With ten years of prior construction experience, David has continued to lead CGI Development with the same passion for quality and commitment to his clients.
